Mark Bowen is a recognised specialist in equine internal medicine and veterinary sports medicine and rehabilitation. He worked in veterinary academia for over 20 years, completing a PhD in equine cardiology. He has authored many texts in all aspects of internal medicine, and is recognised for his particular interest in equine cardiology. Mark established his own consultancy business after the pandemic to deliver educational consultancy to EBVS and VetCEE, a pan European accredition body for veterinary CPD and in person and remote clinical consultancy in equine internal medicine and cardiology within the UK and across the world using telesonography and telemedicine.
