When the order is received, the Seller will notify the customer via email that the order has been received or that the product has been ordered. After payment via e-banking or general payment slip, the contract is considered concluded when the Veterinary Faculty of the University of Zagreb receives confirmation that the payment is visible in the transaction account statement. If the product is ordered, and the payment confirmation is visible later, for example, during weekends, holidays, or delayed payments, the Veterinary Faculty of the University of Zagreb undertakes to reserve the product in the warehouse for a period of 2 working days.
